Top 4 star hotel with over 100 rooms in Hertfordshire seeks a Head Receptionist with hotel experience to join their busy front of house team. You will be overseeing a team of 6 receptionists, reporting to the Reception Manager. Should have good face to face skills, excellent communication skills and be polite and well-mannered. You need to have good previous hotel reception experience, at supervisory or shift leader level. You will be checking in*out, entering booking details, answering guest queries and being the main point of information in this varied role.
